BREAD DIPPING OILS
Mediterranean & Italian
These are the top sellers in Bread Oils. EVO Oil infused with dried herbs. Garlic, onion, basil, rosemary, thyme, parsley, red pepper flakes and some special ingredents.
These oils will last up to 6 months stored in a dark storage area, there are no fresh herbs in these oils, they can be used for bread dipping, used as a marinage on fish, beef, pultry, pork and vegetables, salad dressings or what ever you want to add awesome flavor to!
I do make a variey of unique bread oils and they are usually only one or 2 per batch.
These oils do contain sea salt but can be made with no salt added.

Infused Vinegars
Vinegars are great for salads, cooking and marinating, BBQ and even better on french fries! Vinegar has great health benefits, vinegar cotains polyphenols which are an antitoxidant which is great for blood sugar control, weight management and reduces cholesterol.
Right now I have been in the process of working on infused vinegars which for now I have the hot & spicey yellow pepper vinegar and the garlic & pepper vinegar.

Who doesn't love fresh dressing, have you read the lables on the store brands?? I make all my dressings fresh and to your taste. All dressings are are organic and good for you, nothing processed or added here!
Italian, ranch, tzatzili ranch, garlic & pepper red wine vinegar, garlic blue cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, salsa, herb oil and more.
I can custom make any dressing to your liking.

Oh My!! Nothing better than real butter!! With my infused butters I use only Amish butter with fresh garden herbs.
Infused butters are great for anything and everything! You can satuee' food in it, dip bread in it, you can put it on an old work glove and it will taste great!
Yes, I love cooking with olive oil but butter cant be beat when it comes to flavor, I can infuse your butter with all your favorites and its ready to spread, rosemary, garlic, basil, and thyme and even add my special seasoning.
Homemade Polish Pierogies
Artisan hand rolled dough with flavorfull fillings of potato & onion, potato & cheese, sauerkraut and sauerkraut & cottage cheese.
Pierogies come by the dozen and can be mix and matched per dozen. Pierogies can be purchaced flash frozen or cooked in onion butter or brown butter sauce.
